All the time based operations should be monitored, preferably with a logging wrapper function.

The actions that should be documented:

Inviter

Invitation creation (Number of cars and expected time)
Invitation modification (Number of cars and expected time)

Guard

Number of admitted cars increased
Shift start
Shift end

Moderator

Login
Logout
Demotion
Promotion
