As a user I'd like to hear Freesound previews with better quality

I've been doing some research about that to estimate the impact on data transfer that would signify updating the quality of sound previews, but I need to consolidate the findings and make a specific proposal. For now just leaving the issue open here so we can continue discussions here in the future.
