It would be helpful to detect asymmetric waveforms with a Phase function like in Izotope RX!

Can you provide more details on the use-case? Is this for voice processing?

Generally, asymmetric waveforms wouln't be considered a problem for many sounds.

So one of the use-cases would be the following:

  • By fixing asymmetric waveforms with a Phase rotation function, you can increase the amount of headroom available

I'm also hoping for future incorporation of open-source de-reverberation, plosive detection, and ess detection algorithms!
