Il est arrivé plusieurs fois (dont la nuit du 29 au 30 décembre) que le process prefect agent qui tourne dans le container monitorfish-pipeline-flows soit en erreur sans pour autant que le container soit arrêté. Dans ce cas la pipeline devient HS car le process ne tourne plus correctement, mais comme le container est toujours up, docker ne détecte pas qu'il y a un problème et ne le redémarre pas automatiquement dans le cadre de la restart-policy=always.
