Sorption with rising and falling water table may result in unexpected concentrations #727

The present sorption approach conserves mass when the water table rises and falls within a cell, but simulated concentrations may be higher or lower than expected. The current approach may be improved by adding a non-saturated zone reservoir approach as implemented in MT3D-USGS.
