It would be good to have a reviewer internal comment field, invisible to the applicant, where we can take notes or what not. For example, saving identity search results.

Per Ken Pierce
The current field is mixing two purposes.
It is probably best to leave the current comment field as viewable internally to reviewers, but a new named field for applicant feedback.
