Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A benefit of SSO is central user management, however currently the AadAuth plugin will not auto create a user if they do not exist.
Describe the solution you'd like
If a user successfully authenticates against AAD and is authorised by a user group mapping, then a new user account should be created in MISP for them on the fly and their login should succeed.
