Issue encountered in partition mapping during FC computation using micapipe #119

Hello!
I've recently encountered an issue while computing Functional Connectivity (FC) using micapipe and I'm seeking some assistance.
My issue pertains largely to the process of mapping fsLR-32k partitions to the atlas partitions I'm working with. As per the script 03-FC.py in micapipe, the mapping is done based on the *-conte69.csv file.
However, I've noticed that a substantial portion of brain regions in this *-conte69.csv file are labelled as '0' - is such labelling indicative of these fsLR-32k partitions failing to find a corresponding counterpart in the atlas?
Moreover, if this is the case, there seems to be an overlooking as the '0' partitions aren't removed during the process. Can this pose an error and might it increase the dimensions of my final FC matrix?
I'm relatively new to micapipe and, as such, I welcome any corrections if my understanding of the tool seems to be off-base.
Thanks very much for your time and assistance!
Best
