Dear TractSeg developers,

I have registered my subject to the MNI space. bundle segmentation works okay, but I cannot get endings segmentation to work after trying many different parameters. I wonder if you guys have met this issue and if there are any suggestions.

ending segmentations volumes are all zeros in it
