I tried to run download_all_pretrained_weights on an HPC, but it couldn't download into ~/.tractseg. I did not get any error information, it ran for 12hours without doing anything.

Sometimes the zenodo server is very slow. Can you try again on another day or from another network. Maybe your network is blocking zenodo.
