Hotkeys not working

Hi, I just tried using hotkeys and it won't work neither while focusing the soundboard window neither when it's unfocused. I manage to set the hotkeys correctly but the sound simply won't start when I press the button(s)
This is the config file, converted to txt because otherwise it wouldn't load it on GitHub
