Sieves, Barrels, and Crucibles don't have a proper tool or mining level set for them. For example, I cannot use an Iron Pickaxe for the Fired Crucible to pick it back up, nor can I use an Iron Axe for the Sieve.

I fixed this on the 1.20 branch. @LordDeatHunter do we care about backporting the fix?
