[Feature]: Ability to toggle the chat announcement of discovering waystones

Description

I would love the option to not have the text display when you discover a waystone, I know this only shows to the player but I feel it is more immersive without any chat messages.

Describe the solution you would like

A simple toggle on/off of this feature would be great.

Anything else?
