DTS Interactive missing

I've followed the steps religiously yet I can't get DTS Interactive to show up. What's sad is that it RECOGNIZES DTS Audio and Dolby Digital (and the test plays all 6 of the 5.1 surround sound speakers properly), however I can't seem to set that audio output from "Advanced" tab as shown in the tutorial.

Home Theatre: LG HB806TM via SPDIF (Optical) output
PC: Asrock Steelegend B560 running Windows 11 pro 64-bit

Do I try to install it in safe mode or disable the use of signed drivers?

I also have this issue, I keep following the guide EXACTLY, but it refuses to show up...
