As of ~1.5 months ago, when chat is fullscreened in youtube, chat is unloaded. This has the undesireable side effect of all embed tls being lost when full-screening and exiting full-screen mode.

NOTE: am working on mv3 migration right now, it would be amazing if someone else could contribute a fix to this in the meantime!
