If a chat is refused by the android mobile app widget is hidden to visitor when reject chat should redirect user to the contact form if chat is rejected and not deleted.

How to reproduce:
LHC Android version: 1.5
Android 10

  • Visitor start the chat
  • Operator refuse the chat from pending chat list

Wrong Result: Visitor will see the widget chat closed.
Correct result that should have: user is redirected to the contact form
