Hello:

I thought the 4th column of bedgraph file should be a digital number which is the value of the region.
But for the HMMRATAC output, why the 4th column of bedgraph file values are E0, E1 and E2? What is the meaning of these values?

(base) [lid@lilac-ln02 HMMRATAC]$ cat TE1_IGO_14287_1_mm10_ec_yeast_HMMRATAC.bedgraph | head
11 3201000 3201160 E0
11 3201160 3201410 E1
11 3201410 3203420 E2
11 3203420 3203780 E1
11 3203780 3203990 E0
11 3203990 3204480 E2
11 3204480 3205770 E0
11 3205770 3206140 E1
11 3206140 3206820 E0
11 3206820 3207300 E2

I also can't visualize it in IGV:

Thanks
