How to Integrate it in Grafana

Hi,

I am impressed with this web-check tool as I can deploy it also on Docker which is really nice.

I would like to integrate the data I received about the website e.g. Server location, SSL Certificate etc into Grafana (an Open Source
visualization tool) and view the data Dashboards.

Can you please share some details as how it is possible to integrate it into Grafana?
