Do not report issues when using the Virtual Desktop or ALVR drivers for SteamVR, this is not supported by Revive.

Describe the bug
When starting any game using the newest revive, 3.2.0, the controllers are placed inside of a characters arm, right below the hand. The issue is noticeable enough to instantly break immersion in any games, it is not isolated to just a specific game, it is with all of them.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Download the latest revive (3.2.0)
2. Follow proper install steps.
3. Launch a game, the controllers will not have the proper offsets.

Expected behavior
The controllers should be inside the hands, but they are inside the arms.

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • App: Lone Echo, Beatsaber, Boneworks, Defector.
  • OS: Windows 10.
  • Headset: Valve Index.

Versions (please complete the following information):

  • Revive: 3.2.0
  • SteamVR: 1.26.5 *Beta Version. - Also happens without Beta.
