Add most important tools to context menu in drawing area

It might be handy to have tools like "Draw Wire" or "Add Via" in the context menu of the drawing area, see feature request here: https://librepcb.discourse.group/t/increase-librepcb-usability/722

SOLUTION

To be defined which tools to add and what nesting to use.
