Theme color names do not respect configured UI language

SUMMARY

Some User interface texts are shown strings in the language, which are set in the Windows Locale, not LibrePCB preset.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Set OS Windows language and Region settings to the Slovak (I tested in Slovak).

Run LibrePCB and set language as English, in the Workspace settings.

Restart.

EXPECTED RESULTS

I expected all text in English (As is set in workspace settings)

ACTUAL RESULTS

Check some text for used language.
Ex:
Workspace Settings - Themes: Some text object are in the Slovak, all other in the English
PCB Editor - Layer ToolBox - Layer names: same problem
