Similar to #629.

I know the InteractiveHtmlBom and it looks awesome, but since it's written in Python we cannot just integrate it into LibrePCB :-/ However, I suspect it should be possible to reuse their HTML/CSS/JavaScript and re-implement the generator in C++.
