Currently renames are never sent as part of history.

Currently also history messages are looked up by string target, so messages before (or after, depending) a rename won't be found.

Both parts should probably be fixed as part of the same operation. There's an open question over which channel name to send when replaying history around a rename (see ircv3/ircv3-specifications#532).
