Ledger locks during transaction creation due to screensaver

The screensaver timeout can be configured directly on your device: Settings / Security / Auto lock.

It should be ok to set auto-lock to 3 or 5 minutes.

The screensaver should not lock during transaction creation, this is not something that the user should have to manually increase.

This was already implemented for wallet refresh, the Ledger does not auto lock there.
