[BUG] Can't link milestones to goals

What set up are you using

Describe the bug
I can't seem to link milestones to goals. On the edit goal, it just says no linked milestones, without options to link, and on the edit milestone modal, there is no mention of goals.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to milestones, create milestone
2. Go to goals, create goal
3. Try clicking linked milestones, nothing happens
4. Try adding milestone, not possible
5. Go back to milestone, click edit
6. Try linking to goal, not possible

Expected behavior
I want to be able to link milestones / todo's to goals.

Leantime Version
Version 3.1.1

Server
Ubuntu 22.04, latest docker image running in kubernetes

PHP / MySQL Version
PHP from latest docker, MariaDB version 10.6.16

Is that part of the regular projects or within Plans/Strategy?

Within regular projects. It turns out it was a browser issue - the button didn't show up on Safari but it did show up on Chrome.
