simple-express-server

This dockerized Node.js server is the example used in the article titled Dockerize Your App: An Introduction to Docker.

Run the api server

1. clone this repo

git clone https://github.com/LarryLuTW/simple-express-server.git
cd simple-express-server

2. install dependencies

npm install

3. run the server on port 8080

node index.js

4. check server is running

curl 127.0.0.1:8080
