Artifacts at top of resized windows

Hi, I've noticed relatively frequently on window resize that artifacts are generated on the top border of a window.

They sometimes go away when dragging the window and allowing komorebi to resize. This doesn't seem to be caused by komorebi, as I've noticed these same artifacts on a different computer from an Autohotkey script that would resize a window with similar gaps.

Has anyone encountered this and found a solution?

This behaviour is due to some changes in Windows around how maximized windows (triggered via the window's top bar) are handled.

Fixes were added in this commit and will be released as part of v0.1.22.

On v0.1.21, you can manually fix this by unmaximizing the window whenever you see this behaviour, and this non-maximized state should be remembered by the system across application relaunches.
