Add metadata altitude histogram to LADI Tutorial

Add to the LADI tutorial, the code and workflow to calculate the histogram or relative frequency of altitude metadata. The tutorial should demonstrate how to query all the data for a few columns, do some basic processing (e.g. remove NaN elements), and the visualize the results.

The Examples_Metadata should be updated with documentation and explanation on how to complete the task. Also create a .py file in Tutorials/Model_Script as reference code to complete the desired analysis.
