Create a python 3.x function to calculate the distance between a set of images and FAA airports

  • Inputs either a N X 1 imagery UUID or an image itself
  • Calculate the distance, in units meters, between the latitude, longitude metadata of the image and all nearby airports
  • Output a N X 4 column of UUID, image latitude, image longitude, distance to nearest airport, UUID of nearest airport

Note as of commit 1fc6955, setup.sh downloads FAA airport data. This issue is similar to how Geospatial-Hurricane-Analysis.ipynb loads FAA airport data. The difference is that Geospatial-Hurricane-Analysis.ipynb currently just determines if an airport is within 5 miles of an airport, whereas this task calculates the actual distance.
