[MenuBundle] Hardcoded MenuItem reference #3313

It is possible to override the Menu Item entity (https://github.com/Kunstmaan/KunstmaanBundlesCMS/blob/6.x/src/Kunstmaan/MenuBundle/DependencyInjection/Configuration.php#L25C33-L25C45) but in the BaseMenu this is an hardcoded reference https://github.com/Kunstmaan/KunstmaanBundlesCMS/blob/6.x/src/Kunstmaan/MenuBundle/Entity/BaseMenu.php#L41

This should be set with an listener based on the configuration settings.

The admin list configurator don't take this into account either.
