CLI Command (or Button in Settings) to test mail

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm not sure if my mail settings are correct (i.e. the password contains special chars) so it would be nice to test the mail settings. So far I think I have to rely on the backup notification mail (?)

I'd like to have a CLI command for sending a test mail.

The alternative and/or addition would be a button in the settings of LinkAce.
