1.升级springboot至3.2.5
2.前端重构，增加国际化（去掉乱七八糟的玩意儿，改为标准化产品）
3.移除flowable，项目走IoT业务，符合作者职业发展方向（开启新征程），刚好公司又需要IoT云平台来支撑业务开展
4.mysql替换成postgresql
