New chapters are not issuing any indications/notifications

Brief summary

(I did enable "check for new chapters" for the shelf.)

Seems like this is similar to the #415 issue that I raised a while ago.

But instead of fully read mangas being affected, one manga that I've left it half read when I first discovered it, released 3 new chapters and I didn't receive any indication of ot being newly added.

Steps to reproduce

Just discovered. I don't know how to replicate this.
