Request/Suggestion - Allow binding of Modules to F keys.

I use a mouse with several buttons on it, bound to the F keys, from F13 to F17. So far, I've only seen support for these keys in very recent clients, such as Meteor. I think adding the ability to bind modules to these keys could make the client easier to use for those with mice with a lot of functionality.
