Expected Behavior

I should be able to access the local scratchpad while logged in, even import/convert it directly into my collections as either cloud or local-vault.

Actual Behavior

After logging in all my collections from the local scratchpad are gone and inaccessible. I have to logout to see the local scratchpad and all my collections again.

If you think this is a viable solution. Can I be assigned this issue?
