Problem Statement

The test helpers are scattered across two different packages:

  • pkg/utils/test
  • test/helpers

All the helpers should be grouped under the same package

Proposed Solution

I propose to use the package test/helpers and get rid of pkg/utils/test

Acceptance Criteria

  • all the test helpers are grouped into the same package
