"Upgrade path for Kong Gateway for 3.1.x" table data incorrect for 2.8.x

What happened?

When reviewing the Upgrade paths from 2.8.x, the DIRECT UPGRADE POSSIBLE? & UPGRADE PATH in the tables do not reflect that 2.8.x can be upgraded directly to 3.1.1.3 per the Changelog.

Upgrades
You can now directly upgrade to Kong Gateway 3.1.1.3 from 2.8.x.x. Previously, you had to upgrade to 3.0.x first, then upgrade to the latest 3.x version.

What did you expect to happen?

Table should match information in the 3.1.1.3 Changelog
