Per the main readme, "chapters 4 and 5 are split in two files each due to their size". Is that still appropriate more than 20 years after your original transcription?

I would vote for un-splitting the chapters – there is no issue on today's computers to scroll through a long document, and having the entire topic in one file is more convenient to reference than jumping between its parts. But of course this is not a democracy, and I appreciate your work regardless of how you decide to format it.
