I have exactly the same issue. Cannot Sync any more and when I try to set up sync again I get this empty "Fido View" as well.

Have tried re-booting and re-starting KeePass but can't get it to work any more.

On my Microsoft account I have set up a Passkey and I recently changed the password. That's when this issue first appeared.

UPDATE:
Managed to connect again by deleting the config and then connecting with the Built-In Browser rather than with the "any Browser" option.

I was going mad with the same issue. The solution is what bluezed wrote:

Delete the config and then connect again with the Built-In Browser rather than with the "any Browser" option.
