Shutdown Menu Bug

Steps to reproduce...

git clone https://github.com/KnightOS/KnightOS.git
cd KnightOS
knightos init KnightOS --emulator=/cygdrive/c/Users/749859/Desktop/Wabbitemu.exe --assembler=scas --platform=TI84p
make

Open Wabbit setup editor to use the debug rom found in ./knightos

When it turns on this is what I experience:

EDIT: This also occurs when the you shut down the emulator but not when you sleep it.

@NonstickAtom785 Can you try using --assembler=sass instead? If it works with sass, this is a bug with scas. If not, it's between the emulator, the castle, or the kernel...

I suspect this is just #409, though.
