## About

shinyTreeviewer is a small treeviewer to plot phylogenetic trees using the R packages ape and phangorn. It is possible to run it from within R:
```shiny::runGitHub('shinyTreeViewer', 'KlausVigo')``` 
and it you can launched it also via the [RStudio server](http://klash.shinyapps.io/shinyTreeViewer/) from your web browser. 

shinyTreeviewer is free software and the source code is hosted on [GitHub](https://github.com/KlausVigo/shinyTreeViewer). 
shinyTreeViewer is in early development so I am happy to recieve suggestions or bug reports.
