To successfully sign the package, Slicer should be updated to include Slicer/Slicer@b0e0361 (COMP: Fix macOS signing with webengine support disabled)

Since the slicer-macos-codesign-scripts can be locally modified to force the removal of QtWebEngineCore.framework 1, this is not required for the current 4.0.1 release of SlicerSALT.
