Fix group assignment issue in SVA

I noticed while using the Slicer SALT Shape Evaluator module in the Preview/Update groups section that when you load a CSV file, then select a group to view, the module was randomly assigning valves to groups. For example I know that valve 81 is in group 3 and I am very familiar with its shape and overall characteristics, but when I selected group 1 to preview, 81 was appearing. I talked to Christian and we were able to fix it by simply sorting the CSV file by group number rather than file number. However, I wanted to let you guys know because as a user I wouldn’t have thought I would need to sort the file since the groups were already assigned and if I hadn’t been so familiar with valve 81 I probably wouldn’t have caught this.
