Now using kitura.dev instead of kitura.io. Update all READMEs, documentation, and links to reference kitura.dev instead of kitura.io. #1523

Unfortunately we lost the kitura.io domain and I don't know if/when we'll get it back. So let's just transition everything to https://kitura.dev.

@mash3l777 thanks for the offer. I believe that almost all of them should be, but there's a few PR's that are still pending due to tests failing. If you're interested in helping to figure out why those test are failing, that would be a big help.

@mash3l777 I made an issue for the WebSocket module: Kitura/Kitura-WebSocket#107

And I have an update for the main Kitura project that's waiting for CI right now: #1543 I wouldn't be surprised if there were still errors.

Or if documentation is more your thing, are there any areas in particular that you think could use updating or would like to work on?
