Add option to keep track monthly

I'd like to see a option to keep track monthly. To save router storage space maybe once a month is over it can be condensed into one total line in the log. This would help me immensely since my ISP, Comcast, tracks my data usage and threatens to cancel after 1TB of usage.

You can do this already with luci-app-statistics. I would see wrtbwmon more as a way to monitor who is using the most, not how much overall.

@alaudet Thanks for the tip. luci-app-statistics works well for overall totals, but it won't keep track of usage per client.
