On Chrome <option> elements within <select> seem to have light grey on white

It works fine on Firefox, and Safari is apparently okay, but Chrome the options are pretty difficult to view.

Ah, actually don't think it's related to Chrome, I think it's just if you have a light browser theme.
I fixed this by explicitly setting the background-color of select option
