Locale should accept Multiple language. For now it only accept 'fa' and 'en'

My request is not a problem but for a new feature to increase locale props like 'ar' arabic

I would add locale language like 'ar' arabic

Describe alternatives you've considered
If i couldnot do it ill find calendar which support arabic language
