Customise default active state of sort label

Hi! Thank you for your hard work on this project!

I see that sort labels are active by default, but in the examples on MUI they appear when hovered. I imagine this was a design decision to let users know they can sort on a column, rather than expecting them to find out by themselves. However, I would like the option to have them be hidden if not active.

Is there an existing option to do this?
