"Show Reply to Thread Button" option toggle also controls "Start a Thread" presence #55

The option should only hide/show the "Reply to Thread" button at the end of threads, but it also hides/shows the "Start a Thread" button at the top of index/catalog, which is confusing. Maybe split the option in two?
