Hello, I might be late in the game, but I have question here, I am trying to produce the reporting suite from the package, but probably missing some steps. I keep getting an error:

sqlalchemy.exc.OperationalError: (sqlite3.OperationalError) unable to open database file

What am i missing? Thank you.
